Julie is a dedicated professional who founded Kairos in 2012, inspired by the desire to balance her career with raising her children. Married to her high school sweetheart, Julie is the proud mother of 10 children and the grandmother of 6. What started as a solo venture with a single speech pathologist blossomed into a thriving network of 7 providers within the first 3 months. Now, Kairos provides services to chiropractors, psychologists, psychiatrists, behavioral health therapists, and many others.
Julie's passion for travel and her deep love for her work are matched by the enthusiasm of her coworkers. Kairos has expanded its reach across the United States, offering opportunities for providers to pursue their dreams of growing their practice and supporting the needs of each individual community they serve. Whether the practice is large or small, the staff at Kairos Medical Billing are sure to treat each individual client as if they are the only one. Amy has been in the medical billing profession for 20 years. In a world where insurance reimbursements are getting smaller, working hard for providers to receive payment for their services is a true passion. Helping our provider’s patients understand their medical benefits and why they may have the financial liability they do is something she truly enjoys. Most of us have been confused by a medical bill and our insurance coverages at one point or another. The insurance world can be hard to understand at times and we want the services we provide to aid in making this part of life easier for the providers and their patients.
Being able to work with a best friend is an opportunity many of us do not get in our lives. Sharing passion, understanding, and commitment to the same work is an experience neither Julie nor Amy take for granted. Working with this team is a positive step toward better results in your practice.
